At the start of Year 9, our chosen charity to support was Isle Stand Up To Suicide, and throughout the year the Year Group has worked hard to raise money and awareness for this important cause.

We ran a number of really enjoyable fundraising events, including our annual Year Group Football Competition, which was enthusiastically supported by our Tutor Groups. Alongside the football event, the Prefects and Mrs Elliott organised a fantastic range of stalls, adding to the fun and helping us raise even more money for our chosen charity.

Our Prefects also ran a variety of fun stalls during break and lunchtime throughout the year, including a cake sale, Adopt a Duck, Lucky Lollies and goody bags.

These events, combined with generous donations of Epraise points from students, which were converted into monetary donations, helped us raise a fantastic £539.22 for our chosen charity.

A huge thank you to Mrs Elliott and Mr W Smith for their support and encouragement with the Year Group's fundraising efforts this year, and to all of our students and staff who helped make the events such a success.
