19th November 2020 is International Men’s Day. The core themes for International Men’s Day in the UK are:
· Making a positive difference to the wellbeing and lives of men and boys
· Raising awareness and/or funds for charities supporting men and boys’ wellbeing
· Promoting a positive conversation about men, manhood and masculinity
Across the week at upper school we will be having ‘Inspirational Men’ visit our assemblies to promote having good male role models and being a good male role model.
To mark the day itself, on Thursday, we are holding an information fair during the students' lunch time with organisations, charities, and businesses giving out information on health and wellbeing, not just for male students but for all students.
