Last week Ivan Bratty and Karl Gaskell, who are volunteers with the Anthony Nolan Trust, joined us to give a thought provoking presentation on the charity. The Anthony Nolan Trust is a charity that makes lifesaving connections between patients in need and strangers ready to donate their stem cells.
The personal accounts were heard were very moving and many of our students were keen to find out what they could do to help.
