St. Ninian’s High School (Manx Gaelic: Scoill Ard Noo Ninian) is a secondary school located in Douglas, on the Isle of Man. The School is set over two different sites, catering for Years 7 to 13. There are currently over 1250 students on the school roll. St. Ninian’s High School was formed in 1985 after a review took place of secondary education in Douglas.
Students can have the option of studying from a range of over 30 exam subjects delivered by our 15 fantastic departments.
St. Ninian’s is a thriving school which is working very hard to further develop its links with the community. To this end the school’s sports facilities are used by outside groups on both sites throughout the week and weekend. In addition we have cookery, art, dance and zumba classes taking place within the wider school. If any group would be interested in making use of the community facilities on either site at St. Ninian’s High School please contact the school on 648800.
