Qualifications gained as a result of studying at St. Ninian's High School can lead to exciting opportunities. After successfully completing courses at the end of Year 13 students often decide to continue their education at University. Some degree courses can be accessed at University College Isle of Man but, for those students seeking to study a degree course in the UK (N. Ireland, Scotland or England) they will have to apply through UCAS.
We offer a high level of support and advice throughout the UCAS application process. Towards the end of Year 12 the pastoral teaching staff will work with students to go through the UCAS process and help students with their individual applications.
Each year we hold a parent information evening 'Options at 18', a summary of which can be found below.

All students are encouraged throughout their time at St. Ninian's High School to enhance their CV and to do extra-curricular activities such as the Duke of Edinburgh’s Award, voluntary work and work experience.
