iPads can be used to support learning in many ways. One way iPad Band have been exploring is the use of the application GarageBand with the aim of enabling students who have never had the chance to learn an instrument, or to perform, to be able to do that. Formed at the beginning of this half term, the band have been working hard on their understanding of rhythm and chords, and practising how to play together. On Tuesday, at the Spring Chamber Concert, iPad Band gave their inaugural performance with the help of Kirsty and Scarlett in Y10. The students were delighted to be able to show off their new found skills and they hope that you enjoy watching the performance.
