We aim to work with parents and carers to address all issues of concern, and share your wish to act in your child's best interests. If you are unhappy about how any matter has been dealt with here at school please do not hesitate to escalate your concern using the guidance in our communication section of the website.
If your query is about Special Educational Needs, please contact Mrs. Scott, our SENCO in charge of the Progress Zone or Mrs. Hammond, our Deputy SENCO. Safeguarding issues should be addressed to Miss J. White, Deputy Head Teacher of Lower School.
If you still feel that your concern has not been dealt with, then you should communicate directly with Mr. Coole, Head Teacher.
If you are still not satisfied you are able to contact the Department of Education, Sport and Culture to make a formal complaint. The Complaints Procedure can be found at the link below:
Please do always contact the school first though, we will always want to address any concerns or issues you may have regarding your child's education here at St. Ninian's High School.
