Congratulations to Zoe Paris and Zoe Kirk who both entered the Rushen and Western Mann Young photographer of the year competition and have been selected to be in their charity calendar.
Both students responded to the brief “capturing the moods of Mann” entering imagery that they felt captured their feelings towards the Island.
Zoe Kirk ( Year 11) said “ I’m inspired by being in the landscape on the Isle of Man.” Her image of Sulby Reservoir is used for the month of October.
Zoe Paris (Year 12) had 2 images selected for April and September. Her shot “Seagull and Manannan” is used for the month of April. She commented that “ I love the way the seagull just stopped and posed at the right moment. It was quite a lucky shot!’
