Last week we were delighted to welcome Garry Manley, a former head boy at St. Ninian’s, who visited school and gave an engaging presentation on ‘Demystifying the Oxbridge Experience’ to Year 12. Garry returned to the Isle of Man to join Cains in 2017, having spent almost a decade working for Cleary Gottlieb Steen & Hamilton LLP in London, Hong Kong and New York. He explained the nature of the Oxbridge application process and encouraged all students to give careful thought to their future plans and aim high.
