This week, our Year 12 Junior Achievement company, Mindcore (Sid, Hudson, Matthew, Aaron, Dominik and James) will travel to Istanbul in Turkey to compete in Gen-e 2023, Europe’s largest Entrepreneur event.
Back in March, Mindcore won the Student Company of Year award on the island after developing their product ‘Easy Reading Assistant (ERA)’, an app which helps those with neurodiversity to read more easily.
They will now compete against the best of 40 other European countries in Istanbul, where they will deliver a stage presentation and create a trade stand. Last week saw the competition build up with online interviews after Mindcore were shortlisted in the Top 5 companies for 2 awards, The BNY Mellon Future First Award and CITI Foundation Client Focus Award.
