On Wednesday, the girls played in the IOM Interschools' Hockey Tournament. They got off to a flying start with a convincing 3-0 win against CRHS. Up next was a tough battle with QEII, it was an extremely close game with Saints narrowly losing 1-0. The girls soon bounced back from this defeat to win the next 3 games against RGS, KWC and BHS. Overall, we scored 10 goals and only conceded one! We finished as runners up, on the same points as CRHS but losing out on goal difference. It was a lovely afternoon with everyone giving 100% effort.
Special mention to Amber Thomas who was voted SNHS player of the tournament, Carla Conradie for scoring 6 goals and Tallulah Wilson for scoring 3.
Well done everyone! It has been a pleasure to coach you throughout the season!
