Year 13 Politics students had the opportunity to speak to two former US Congressional members, Bob Dold: Republican and Cheri Bustos: Democrat, in a digital Dialogue session organised by The Politics Project. Our students asked a range of questions on topics such as the impact of lobbying and the direction of the Republican party under Donald Trump. They learnt a great deal from each politician about US Politics, including Cheri’s experience of being in Congress on the day of the insurrection.
