This term, students from Years 7 to 11 have contributed to the first issue of the SNHS Humanities Magazine, covering topics such as Ancient Greece, Culture Vannin, and Hurricane Milton.

Miss Millard and I are beyond proud of those who have taken the time to write an article on their humanities interests, especially the students who have spent every Monday making the magazine come to life. It has been lovely seeing interest in the magazine grow from the core group of Xander Aldridge (8D) and Ryan Cowley (8J) to the editorial powerhouse of Katie Walton (8B), Kara Swan (8I), Klara Michalec (7C), and Zoe Konieczna Jansen Van Vuuren (8D).

We hope the next issue will be even bigger and better than the first. If you have a particular interest in anything related to History, Geography or Religious Studies and want to get involved, sign up on ePraise through the ‘activities’ page and attend the sessions that take place every Monday 3:10 pm to 4pm in L207 or speak to Miss Mellor/ Miss Millard.
