School children from Onchan Primary School, Ashley Hill Primary School and St Ninian’s High School are coming together to perform in a concert of remembrance to be held at the St Ninian’s Lower School site on Wednesday 10th and Thursday 11th October. The event will commemorate the end of WW1 and promises to be a fitting tribute to those soldiers from the Island who lost their lives. Pupils from all three of the Onchan schools will be performing music and drama over the course of both evenings, which we hope will be enjoyed by our audience including invited guests from the Royal British Legion. In addition, artwork and written work completed by the students will be on display around the main entrance of Lower School. The concerts start at 6:30 pm and will finish by 7:30pm with refreshments available afterwards. There are a small number of tickets available for each night which can be obtained free of charge from the Lower School Office.
