On Tuesday 30th January, two representatives from St Ninian’s attended the first meeting of the newly established Onchan Junior Commissioners. Gabriella Corkish and Francesca Pemberton from Year 7 joined student representatives from Onchan and Ashley Hill Primary schools to meet in the boardroom of the Commissioners offices. They were hosted by Chair of the Commissioners, Mr Anthony Allen and Vice Chair, Mr Martin MacFarlane and enjoyed a lively debate around some of the issues that young people think are important in the Onchan community.
