KS3 students are invited to participate in the SNHS ‘Spirit of Normandy’ research competition, with a chance of winning a £50 WH Smith voucher prize or runner-up prize of a £25 WH Smith voucher.
Students in Years 7, 8 and 9 should present a written account or short film about an animal or animals that played a role in World War Two.
The written account should not be more than four A4 sides and can include images. The short film should be no more than 4 minutes long.
Your research should focus on the contribution to the war effort that animals made and the impact they had on the outcome of the war.
