Today, as part of the programme of digital surgeries organised by the Politics Project, our Year 12 and13 politics students met Baroness Harris of Richmond. Baroness Harris is a Liberal Democrat member of the House of Lords. The students asked her a range of excellent questions on her own career, her views on reform to the House of Lords, the current conservative government, and where it all went wrong for the Liberal Democrats.

Baroness Harris was very open in her opinions, honest and funny, with plenty of anecdotes thrown in for good measure. The was a fantastic opportunity for students to gain an insight to the life and work of peers.

Many thanks to the Politics Project, Baroness Harris and Ms Crisford for arranging such a great experience for our students.
