Today, Year 11 students were given the opportunity to learn about the recruitment and selection processes used by employers when they took part in the Junior Achievement ‘Get a Job’ Programme. Students engaged in activities which demonstrated how to develop transferable skills, create an on-line CV and prepare for an interview. It was an intensive day and our students gained much from the experience.
