Our Year 10 and Year 12 Drama students visited The Gaiety Theatre on Wednesday to see ADG’s production of ‘Romeo and Juliet’. It was a terrific opportunity to see how a small cast with limited resources managed to present one of Shakespeare’s great tragedies through excellent performance skills, highly imaginative stage lighting and creative use of the minimalistic set. Well done to all our students whose behaviour was impeccable throughout the trip. It was a thoroughly enjoyable visit with plenty to discuss back in the classroom.
