On Wednesday we held our Year 13 Life Skills Day which was organised in consultation with students to cover aspects of life and living which they felt to be relevant to their future. Sessions included management of personal finances, positive mental health strategies, basic self-defence, housing issues and First Aid, focussing on the use of defibrillators.
We would like to extend a huge thank you to Lloyds Bank, Isle Listen, HeartStart, Gracie Barra, and Housing Matters for facilitating such a useful day.
Many thanks to Miss Sharpe for organising the event.
