Alongside the A level Options evening, last week Year 11s had a taster of another element of Sixth Form life; Debate Club!
Our excellent Debate Committee put this event together, which proved to be very popular. The motion was “This house holds that pornography should be banned”. Many Year 11s were keen to ask questions and raise points, and after much lively discussion the motion was lost.
