Students in 8D, 8E and 8I took part in the Year 8 Manx Telecom Enterprise project this month leaving our judges with a very difficult decision about who to choose as winners from each tutor group.
Each team was given a £30 loan. With this, they had to create an idea, buy local materials, make and then sell their product.
The winning teams were Bubble Candles (8D), Clay Crafters (8E) and Keynetics (8I).
Students who took part in the project raised £155 for ManxSPCA
Krysia Boruch from the MSPCA came into the Year 8 assembly to accept the donation
