As in previous years, the Friends of SNHS are running a TT Café on all practice evenings and race days at Upper School based in the Food Technology room at the top of Bray Hill. This has proved to be a great success in the past and we hope it will be the same this year. We always raise some valuable funds but also have a great time.
The schedule for 2018 is below:
Practice Sessions – 18.00 to 21.00 (approx.)
Saturday 26/05, Monday 28/05, Tuesday 29/05, Wednesday 30/05, Thursday 31/05 and Friday 01/06
Practice sessions will need a team of 2/3 adults and young people running the full 3 hours.
Race Schedule and Café 2 sessions each day – 9am – 12.30pm and 12.30pm to 4pm ish.
Saturday 02/06, Monday 04/06, Wednesday 06/06, Friday 08/06
· For each Session we need 4 adults and 2 young people.
· Sessions in the afternoon may be extended due to racing conditions and/or weather.
· If you have a food hygiene certificate please let us know (not essential)
If the weather is poor and races do not run as planned we need teams available on the following days, possibly morning and afternoon sessions:
Sunday 03/06, Tuesday 05/06, Thursday 07/06, Saturday 09/06
* If races are postponed due to poor weather a general appeal will be made to see who is available to help on the rearranged race day, however it is helpful to plan in advance for these days so please do volunteer so we can be prepared.
If you are able to help please let us know through the 'contact us' page on our website or ring 648800 and leave your details with the admin staff who answer your call/email. State which sessions you are able to help. If you can help on a planned race day AND a possible reserve date - that will be very helpful. Please can we ask you to get in touch by Thursday 17th May 2018.
