On Thursday 26th September, our students who are taking part in Charity Challenge Enrichment Project attended the “Meet the Charities” Event hosted by One World Centre at Loch Promenade Church. The students were able to meet with charity representatives who had stands at the event. Students are working in groups to decide on the charity they wish to advocate for in relation to the UN’s Sustainable Development Goals. Students worked very well in their groups and were fully engaged with the process of collecting information about prospective charitable causes. Next week our students will be submitting their choices of charities they hope to complete their project on.
