7A completed a Fairtrade project for Fairtrade fortnight during their Humanities and Applied Learning lessons.

They learned about what Fairtrade means and looked at the Banana, Chocolate and Coffee trades which included the farming and selling processes.

At the end of the project they took part in a competition to design a Fair trade coffee jar. Congratulations must go to Caelan Fairweather who was the undisputed winner.

They used teamwork skills to create a display which can be seen in the entrance to St Ninian's Lower School. It looks absolutely fabulous!

Everyone received an accolade for their hard work and dedication to the project.

Well done 7A!
