Over recent weeks, SNHS Year 11 Business Studies students, had the opportunity to visit Isle of Man Creamery to see a large-scale production process. The staff at the creamery gave the groups a tour of the production facility where they witnessed milk and cheese production and storage facilities while learning about marketing and distribution of the creamery’s products. Some lucky students even got to do a taste test!
