The Year 9 girls got their Cricket season underway against QEII with both our teams losing narrowly in some really close games. The second match was against Castle Rushen High School, whose tactics saw them edge the win in an excellent contest. Last week we played down at King William's College and finally got the win. Both teams picking up comfortable victories on what was a warm afternoon in the deep south.
Stand out performers so far have been Amelia Griffiths, Grace Workman, Maisie Pease, Seren Cain and Izzy Gumbley. Still two games to play against Ballakermeen and Ramsey Grammar.
