This week seventy six Year 10 Geography students carried out fieldwork in the Peel area as part of the preparation for their GCSE coursework. Accompanied by the Geography teachers and six more teacher volunteers, the groups had to measure stone sizes on Fenella Beach, measure sand accumulation on Peel Beach, meander at St. John's and river size on the River Neb.
Some excellent field skills were practised which resulted in a very successful trip.
