On Wednesday, Mr. Schofield, Head of Sixth Form, welcomed parents and students to our 'Introduction to Key Stage 5' information evening. The event provided an overview of the opportunities and expectations associated with studying at St. Ninian's.
Mr. Schofield introduced the A Level Mindset Programme, which is embedded within all tutorial sessions, and explained how the VESPA framework supports students in developing the skills and habits needed for academic success.
The evening also featured contributions from current Year 13 students, who shared their experiences, offered practical advice to those beginning Year 12, and discussed strategies for managing the transition from GCSE to A Level study.
