Last Friday, 10th October 2025, was World Mental Health Day and we were delighted that our Sixth Form hosted the annual 'Tea and Talk' in the upper school hall for staff and students.

This was the final event in a week full of activities designed to help student support their mental health.

We had the Wellbeing Room open for drop ins, games and mindfulness opportunities in various venues throughout the week, mood boards around the school, and on Thursday a drop in yoga session for staff and students.

Many thanks to Miss Strickett, Mr Galka and the Sixth Form students for organising the events to highlight the importance of looking after our mental health.

We would also like to thank Clare Roberts from Hummingbird Yoga for leading such a good session.
