Hello and a happy holiday to all with an update from Tabletop Club.
We would like to give a big shout out to the Friends of St. Ninian's for giving us some money in support of the club and a shout out to Ms. Hays and Mr. Denby who have donated their own equipment to support the club. A big thank you as well to Mr. Salmon who attends to give more Year 7s the chance to play a game and Ms. Hasset who helps run the Board Game room.
Our numbers have increased again from last year, leading to us having nearly forty members currently, which means that I have expanded our collection of dice and figurines further alongside buying some introductory games for the club. There are currently four different campaigns being run in Tabletop Club and there was a lot of excitement with the introduction of the new board games, figurines, maps and manuals.
Lastly, I would like to thank all the members (that are too numerous to list) for attending and letting everyone know there will always be space at Tabletop Club. If there is no space in a campaign, we can always make a new one. If some people haven't attended this week, we have board games. If you just want some help building a character, all the teachers have played and can help.
All in all, we want D&D to be a place where everyone feels welcome and comfortable so get yourself down even if you have no experience.
Many thanks,
Mr. Casella
