Today Year 10 enjoyed a Celebration Assembly. Having already had their Summer Term Awards Assembly before they moved up to Upper School, today was instead a celebration of their success over the last 4 weeks of roll up, where they have moved from lower school to commencing Year 10 at Upper School.
The year group have thrown themselves into the start of Year 10 and all have had a fantastic start. Today was an opportunity for the students to reflect on their achievements and successes over these last few weeks, both in and out of school, and it was especially impressive to see the large number of students that received subject certificates for a particularly good start to KS4.
It has been a pleasure getting to know them all over these last few weeks and I wish them, and all of Year 10, a lovely summer!
