St Ninian’s High School was brilliantly represented at the Robin Hood Open Meet in Sheffield over the weekend of 12th September, with a fantastic group of swimmers taking part across a wide range of events. Their effort, teamwork and determination were clear throughout the weekend, and every swimmer contributed to a hugely successful showing for the school. Team Isle of Man took home the overall trophy together with medals and PBs galore.
St Ninian’s team included: Maggie Barlow, Jack Barlow, Ben Wright, Joey Wright, Jacob Wright, Nell Beecroft, Maixa Singh, Hollie Liver, Katelyn Henrico, Paige Henrico, Hailey Henrico, Oscar Maddrell, Oliver Maddrell, Charley Bevan and Eli Birchenough.
Each of them demonstrated commitment, resilience and pride in representing the Island at a major regional competition. The school should be extremely proud of their achievements and the way they supported one another throughout the meet.
