Mr Cretney, Head of Year 7, was delighted to present a cheque to Tom Clague and Cian Peers from Year 7 who were representing the Monitors4Kids Campaign, which is working to provide island children who have type1 diabetes with continuous glucose monitors. The monitors provide 24 hour blood sugar level information which means that children no longer need to do 10-15 finger stick tests per day.
We were pleased to be able to support this campaign due to a recent dress down day.
