Well done to the SNHS teams who took part in this year's Model UN Security Council. Both teams did a fantastic job in representing their allocated countries. This year the aim of the council was to agree a draft resolution on resolving the Israeli-Palestinian conflict.
Ellie Jackson and Robbie Woodruff had the tough task of representing the USA, a key player in this ongoing conflict. Caitlin Dowds and Kamila Kawczak represented Equatorial Guinea, and although a less significant player, they became and important member in helping to vote changes to the resolutions through.
Both teams worked hard all day in negotiations and prepared opening and closing speeches which were well informed and professionally delivered. Well done!
