This week Year 12 A Level Politics students welcomed Clare Bettison, MHK, Tanya August-Hansan, MLC and Bill Henderson, MLC into their lesson. This was an informal discussion with students asking questions on a range of issues such as the Island's policies on climate change, the day-to day life of an MHK/MLC and the position of the Island in relation to the UK. All three guests gave interesting and detailed answers that enabled students to have a better understanding of the Manx political system and what it means to be in government.
