Thank you to all students who have already confirmed their place at St. Ninian’s Sixth Form. For those who have yet to do this, the next available interview slots are on Monday 2nd and Tuesday 3rd September and can be booked by contacting the school office on 648800. External students who have applied may confirm their places via a phone call, email or interview.
For Year 12, the new term begins on Friday 6th September with an introductory day, when students will have the opportunity to find out more about Sixth Form organisation, choose their enrichment options and meet their tutors. The day will begin at 8.40am; students should check the information boards in the foyer to find out which tutor group they are in and go to their tutor room. A packed lunch or some money to purchase food should be brought and the day will end at 3.25pm as normal.
Formal lessons begin on Monday 9th September and students also have the opportunity to attend a university day visit on Friday 13th September to give them an insight into future options which may be available to them. Letters giving details of this visit were placed in results envelopes or can be picked up from the Sixth Form Office.
