Our Anti-Bullying Ambassadors have a busy week planned. They will be going into assemblies raising awareness of anti-bullying week and each lunchtime they will have a 'name the bear' competition to raise money for the Diana Trust and promote kindness. The unique aspect of this competition is that students enter the competition for a friend.
Students will be invited to help to create our new display – ‘Be the I in Kind’ and let the change start with YOU. They can come along and leave a handprint on our new display to show their support against bullying, and collect an anti-bullying band and sticker too.
On Friday it will be 'Odd Socks Day' so students can show their support by wearing their most colourful, odd socks. At lower school there will be a cake sale of 'odd socks cakes'.
The winner of the 'name the bear' competition will be announced on Friday morning and the display will be presented in the main foyer.
We look forward to a fun-filled week week as we raise awareness of this important issue.
