On Wednesday some Year 8 students held a cake sale to raise money for their chosen charity this year, Cancer Research. Grace Macdonald and Lexi Ritchie took time designing posters, organising the bakers and ensuring the sale was a complete success. In total they raised £103.11! A massive well done to all those involved; I was so impressed by the effort and detail that went into the cakes and buns for sale. The girls are already organising one for next month so watch this space for more exciting treats.
