This week saw the start of our Headstart Scheme. Over the course of the next six weeks a number of Year 6 students will have the opportunity to attend St. Ninian's at the end of the school day every Thursday to work on their Elli Dimensions which are Resilience, Learning Relationships, Creativity, Changing & Learning, Critical Curiosity, Meaning Making and Strategic Awareness.

This week, they had a session with Miss White who focussed on their resilience. During this session they were given a number of challenges which involved them either working on their own or in groups. Some of these challenges involved using the iPads and finding things outside beginning with S, N, H, S and E, L, L, I. They were also tasked with creating towers using raw spaghetti and marshmallows.

Next week they will be focussing on Learning Relationships.
