The Year 8 Applied Learning group recently took part in the RSPB Big School Bird Watch. It is the world’s largest wildlife survey and gives an insight into how the birds in the UK faring. The scientists who work with the RSPCA look at the data and share the results in mid-April. The group spent time exploring the school environment taking note of all the birds they could observe, the information was then submitted online. The group did a fantastic job and made a valuable contribution to the survey.
