Congratulations to Stevee Hine from 8D who was the winner of IOM Fire and Rescue Service Secondary Schools competition. She received her framed poster from Richard Little in assembly yesterday.

The Competition ran through Core Skills lessons for Year 7 and Year 8, where students were asked to create posters and social media posts promoting the use of smoke detectors within homes. The winning artwork will be printed as a new poster and distributed around the island and online through their social media channels. The winners will be invited for a guided tour around Douglas Fire Station and a trip up one of the turntable ladders. They will also be presented with a framed copy of the poster.
