Students who did not go on the Universities Visit have been taking part in the World of Work week. On Monday Mrs Hillier, our Careers Adviser, gave a seminar on conduct and expectations in the work place and students engaged in some preparatory work prior to their placement. The work placements were really successful and we would like to thank Helen Hillier and Emily James for their hard work in securing these opportunities.

On Friday, we were delighted to welcome Vicki Blackburn and Martin Cowan, Senior Recruitment Consultants from Paragon, who worked on a one-to one basis with our students focussing on how to improve their own CVs.
A very successful week - thanks to everyone who played their part in getting this new initiative off the ground.
