Year 10 students from across the Isle of Man showcased their innovation and passion for sustainability at the Challenge for Change Grand Interschool Final, held at the Games Global Head Office.
Launched in April and supported by a three-year funding commitment from Games Global, the programme was created in partnership with Junior Achievement Isle of Man to empower 13 to 14 year-olds to tackle real-world environmental issues. Over the past three months, students took part in one-day workshops focused on one of four challenges: food waste, fast fashion, energy waste or littering. Working in teams, they developed ideas for new products or advertising campaigns and pitched them to their classmates. Finalists from each school progressed to the Grand Final.
The team from SNHS did very well and got some excellent feedback. Well done to all those students who represented St Ninian's High School.
