Every year on the 26th September, schools celebrate the European Day of languages as a way of promoting language learning, raising awareness and of course, sharing our love of learning languages!
This year, the MFL at SNHS department celebrated in various ways, we looked at flags of different European countries, learnt how to say 'hello' in different languages, completed quizzes and listened to music. Some classes even made mini 'passports' which combined cross-curricular skills, Maths, English, Geography and History to name a few!
For information and activities, please have a look at this website. Make sure to tell your teacher if you complete any of the tasks and of course if you speak any other languages!
