St. Ninian's Year 9 Hockey girls achieved a big 4-1 win against KWC! The Saints started the game slowly, struggling to get the ball out of defence, however, there was a vast improvement in the second quarter where we went 1 up thanks to a great run and finish by Erin Morgan. Sasa Mdlalose was composed in defence and distributed the ball expertly to midfield where Dulcie Hunter played well on the left. We continued to build pressure on the KWC defence, Lilah Cretney was a constant threat on the right wing, taking on defenders and crossing the ball well. Erin rounded off a superb performance adding a further 3 goals! Well done everyone!
