The A Team finished the annual Girls Football Tournament in a very respectable 2nd place. They played really well all afternoon, drawing to KWC and CRHS 2-2, winning 1-0 and 2-0 against QEII and BHS respectively, with the final match determining the winner - SNHS needed a win and RGS needed a draw to be crowned champions. The match was end to end with a lot of chances from both sides, the final result was a draw 1-1, to a strong RGS side who had won all of their other matches. Charlotte Quayle and Jossi Proudfoot were outstanding for the whole afternoon with Charlotte scoring most of our goals!

The B Team also had a fantastic afternoon at their tournament in very windy conditions! The games were shortened due to the conditions but the St. Ninian's girls battled hard and played some great football. They too finished in 2nd place overall.

Well done to all the girls involved, they are a credit to our school.
