This morning our Sixth Form were visited by Voirrey Kennaugh, from the charity Bridge The Gap, to explain the charity’s work on the Island.
They are a Manx registered charity aimed at improving facilities and support for teenagers and young adults (aged between 16-24) with complex / long term medical conditions, who may find themselves having extended in-patient stays or repeat admissions.
The assembly was very interesting and our Sixth Form are keen to discuss ways in which we can help this worthwhile cause.
