It was a tough and competitive first Basketball fixture for our Junior boys against QEII. The Saints started the game the stronger and more organised team, with Carter doing an excellent job off both boards and Louis controlling our tempo when on the ball. As the game went on we seemed to tire and be less effective in doing the basics. QEII had a golden 5 minutes whereby everything just dropped for them, they rode their high very well. The games ended with a loss to SNHS 22-16. Player of the match award to Alfie Faragher - Mr Consistent.
