Our 243 Year 11 students remaining GCSE results were published this morning following the release of the IGCSE results last week. It has been a very busy and positive day with many students coming into school to pick up their results and discuss their next steps.
On the whole our students have done extremely well and it has been a record breaking set of results for our school. We have been able to report to the Department of Education that we have achieved a 100% 5A*-G pass rate, with over 65% of all grades being at C grade or higher and 57% of our students gaining 5A*-C grades including Maths and English. This is the highest the school has ever achieved in this measure and it is testament to the hard work and dedication of our students and staff.
We have received over 150 applications for our Sixth Form and there are slots available throughout Thursday afternoon and Friday for students to book appointments with senior staff to discuss A Level courses and future pathways.
